The deal
Notetola is provided free by Atlas Pro Consulting. Use it and it is yours to use. There is no account, no subscription and nothing to cancel. If a paid cloud plan is offered later, separate terms will apply to it.
Your content is yours
Your recordings, transcripts and notes belong to you. They stay on your device and we claim no rights over them.
Use it lawfully
You are responsible for how you record. Many places require the consent of everyone being recorded. Do not use Notetola to record people unlawfully, to harass anyone, or in a way that breaks the law where you are.
No warranty
Speech recognition makes mistakes and software can fail. Notetola is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Do not rely on it as the only record of anything important, and keep your own backups of notes that matter.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Atlas Pro Consulting is not liable for lost notes, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Notetola.
Third-party services
If you connect your own AI provider, your agreement with that provider governs what they do with what you send them.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use Notetola after an update means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
